Hi Tammy, I need help and apparently I can't figure out YET out to get my questions to where they will be answered. This is my problem, maybe you could give me some halp. I am having a problem with what I eat at this point. I eat 1/2 to 1 apple a day with 2 tbs of natural Penut Butter Yummy. Light yogurt. I drink a lot of protein drinks. Unjury choc with 1 cup fat free milk. So many things that I can eat either don't smell good or taste good any more. I think I am going to see my doctor's nutrionalist again. I saw her before my surgery, but I didn't really know what to ask, or how important it was going to be. Live and Learn

I am doing great! I have lost a total of 106 in a little over 6 months... I have had to get all different clothes, and my old clothes is out of the closet! I have a co-worker that had the bypass and she was smaller than me, so she is handing me down her clothes, it is not worth me buying anythign now, beucase one minute it will fit and then the next its too big, which is a great problem to have. How are you doing?

Hi there! I'm doing fine! Somebody just came around our office petit fours......... Yummy, its been a while. I can take it or leave it, but I ate it!! LOL My dad won a free month at the local health club and gave it to me. So I have no more excuses!!!! LOL

I've lost 36 lbs. as of this morning. I may make a protein drink every now and again with a bananna for me and my little girl. No exercising yet. I usually get a lot water in during the weekends for some reason??? I just finished a rubic assignment and now have to write a 10 page term paper for Monday. It never ends, but after Monday it shall for a little bit.

2nd part of my message. Read this last.

My weight loss is slowing down because I'm not getting any exercise, but after this Monday is over and school is done for now, I will start walking or join the health club. We are going to Destin, FL on July 30 for a short and sweet vacation with our girls. I've only lost 33.5 lbs. I'm going to get back on the scale Monday. That's better than what I could have done on my own. Last night I threw up my food because I ate too much. Have you had that happen? It's all good!

Very busy with taking Praxis exams and finishing up with school. I've been studying my arse off!!! I took the Praxis I last Saturday and failed the Reading part by 1 fricken point!!! If I was teaching in Mississippi it would have been a passing score. I scored 175 and need a 176 for Louisiana. I made a 175 on Math which is a passing score and don't know about the Writing portion yet. Takes 2 weeks because they have to grade it. You have to write an essay besides taking the multiple choice portion. Now I'm preparing for the Praxis II on July 29. This is my last week of school. I have to write a 10 page term paper and do a rubic for one of my lesson plans. Then I get my bachelor's degree. I start teaching Kindergarten on August 4. Or that's when I have to report to school. The kids start August 8. Not sure if they come in that week or if we test them. Originally I was supposed to teach Pre-Kindergarten (4 year olds), but they state funds the program and I must have a passing Praxis I score. I thought my job was down the tubes, but the principal knows my grades are above average and that some people just don't test well so she gave me the option of starting out as a kindergarten teacher which isn't run by the state. As soon as I find out my Writing score I have to reschedule the Reading for Praxis I. I have to pass it before I can enroll in a certification program.

Doint great! You looking great! No, I hadn't really noticed those with low BMI's getting sleeved. Once recently I made the mistake of asking somebody with a low BMI why he was getting sleeved and he had all kinds of medical issues like diabetes...
