Post Surgery Results

Dear All, I wanted to share my post surgery results so far. My surgery was the morning of April 24th and due to severe sleep aphnea I woke up in ICU. I don't remember much at first but felt very comfortable with no pain. My family was there with me and I heard my daughter ask how I was doing, lol. I had just woke up and everything seemed fine. I learned that the surgery went well even having an "enlarged liver", there was no bleeding or cause for alarm. They ICU care was merely a result
One Week before Surgery - My Thought Process

Just wanted to share my thought process as I prepare for surgery on April 24. Why did I decided to take this new journey in life and how do I make sure I'm not looking back regretting my decision, in other words why did I make this decision. My reminder: all my life I have had to be on a diet, take all kinds of diet pills and exercise my days away to fight the battle of fat. Life got out of control for me when I started traveling Internationally for two years, eating foreign foods, not exercising
