I'm 1 week and two days post op but struggling to get my fluids in... I'm just now starting to feel like myself again. I've been off pain meds for about 3 to 4 days now and i can't say i have a lot pain. I can stomach one protein shake in the morning and a lot popsicles so far. My doctor says I need to sip more but if I'm full what am i suppose to do then. My surgery is tomorrow and I'm freaking out big time...Ive clean up the whole house,vacuum the carpet twice and when for a walk that help a little until i got home again...These past two weeks have a bit challenging but I love a challenge...i would say i'm ready to start my journey of changing me but its already started...so ill say Im ready for a healthier me
