Leg Weights - Get them!

So I stalled out at 221 lbs a couple weeks ago and it was bumming me out but truth told I hadn't started exercising regularly at the time. So what I did was 1. start walking for 30 minutes a day on my days off AND on my days at work its a 12-13 hr day, no way I'm working out after or before that...so I bought Leg Weights! I wear them under my jeans everyday at work! I don't walk tons during a work day but I wanted every step to COUNT and it has totally paid off! I have lost about 9lbs in last
