hey long time no see you look awesome! Havent been on for awhile so figured i would say HI

My weight loss is going a little slower than I thought it would. But I still feel fantastic!

It was pretty uneventful, thankfully. I've had a hard time the last 2 days just not feeling well. I just keep drinking my water and nap as my body tells me to with walking peppered in. Figured that's all I can do right now. :-)
How's life now a year out?

Hi yes i am from SA no doc did not prescribe any nausea meds he said to drink drink water and im trying. I have some nausea med but it knocks me right out lol its for when i get bad migrains yea time is of the essence literally. But apprantely things will get better and i believe that true.

Hi everyone I actually had my surgery on the 16th of May I didnt know how to change it YIKES! Im doing ok. Other than being dizzy. How is everyone? This liquid part is the hardest part by far. Edub-- your so sweet! I hope all of you are doing well and nice to meet you guys.
