Im at the northern end of the Gold Coast, but work in Gladstone in Construction with my hubby....so we get home 1-2 times a month for the weekend..isnt mush but i love seeing my kids....
Im having my surgery done by Dr Michael Hatzifotis at Greenslopes Private...
ur 10 days post op....everyone is different with how they respond to surgery and recovery.....i have had so many surgeries in the last 8 years its not funny..7 in total....i dont take well to the anaesthetic suffer from nausea after coming out....
i have read that some Drs actually stitches and or use a special super glue after stapling to make sure theres a lesser chance of a leak...How did ur Dr do urs???...it makes sense to stitch and or glue....thats my fear is a leak....
how long had u contemplated having the surgery???
are u coping well with post op eating and drinking???
are u happy with ur weightloss so far

Well I am 10days out from surgery and each day does get better. just wanted to know if anyone gets really shaky after having a protein shake? It doesn't happen after cottage cheese and tuna or chicken and veg.

I am suppose to have at least 2 shakes a day but find it really hard with the shaking.

what does a runny nose mean to some people as I haven't worked out if it means I am full or hungry.
