That's awesome! Fortunately I managed to not have any co-morbidities ( don't know how ) BUT I wasn't that far away from having them I know that for a fact and thanx for the prayers!

Hey there just wanted to say I saw your post on another forum and saw your weightloss and I wanted to tell you I find it really inspiring considering im about the same weight as you initially were and how far you have come in the short amount of time. Congrats on your success and keep it up!

73 pounds is great!!!!!...remember how ill we were!!!!! i still dont eat much...but havent exercised at all!!!!!!!..very happy with weight loss so far...xx

even at 35 lb off feel like new person as havent been this weight for over 10 years....hoping to be another 30 down by xmas...if I do will be the slimmest ive ever been .... havent done much exercise..will step up mon that...got sick twice..both with chicken and eating too fast...really painful...must eat more sensibly now as last couple of weeks been eating quite bad....will get back on track...take care and good luck..ur doin gereeaat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm doing well! I'm down almost 50 lbs, my clothes are all falling off of me to. And no that is not a complaint! My incisions are just about healed, thank God. I still don't eat very well, I'm a queen at puking if I eat something I'm not supposed to . How the heck are you???? We need to update our pictures. Do you have a Facebook?

I text trista and she has lost almost 30lbs and doing well.... I didnt get abnels number so I have no clue... I am already off my sugar meds and BP meds... feeling great.... I will look for that app... thanks... keep me up to date...

Every incision of mine popped open too and infected ! I just finished round 3 of antibiotics. I eat about the same as u except I can not tolerate eggs unless it's in a quiche . Have u heard from Trista or Abnel at all? Today I was down 37 pounds, and YOU are doing amazing!!! Wow, I bet yOur wife thinks she has a new husband. I have an app on my phone to track what I eat called myfitnesspal that we can all keep in touch in there. I love it, Trista is on there too. K got to run, so good to hear from u!

Still eating thin sliced deli meats, muscle milk, greek yogurt, baked potatos from wendys, mashed taters, a scrambled egg, gritts, thats about my limit... mix it up between days.... I have eat a few bites of grilled chicken like 3.... I can eat more puree than solid... I have not puked since I was sick after surgery... when I feel full I stop... I have not ventured out much on foods... Im down 55lbs.... I miss drinking with meals to... do you feel good...
