Hi! Where you you from? I grew up in Madison.

I am down 35lbs. I guess I better start taking in more protein and vitamins. I am losing lots of hair and I am always tired.

Disappointed today got on the scale and gained a pound. not sure how that could happen since I average around 400-700 cal per day. I am down 15lbs. I feel fine now just get hungry. It must not be true hunger because there is noo where to put the food. My mom is great.

I have a restaurant as well. How are you finding being around good food all the time? I worry about this, as there are temptations all the time. However, it is GREAT food, all sourced locally, made form scratch in house. My husband is a European trained chef, so the food really is GOOD (hence a big part of my weight problem). I have not had surgery yet and wonder how dealing with the restaurant will be for me. Suggestions?

Well hey Realmom, love the screen name. I'm doing well. Taking iron pills threw me off for a couple of days. I stopped taking them and feel so much better now. I've just been busy with our son's graduation tomorrow and trying to catch up on paper work for our restaurant. I'm down 17 pounds now. Feel good about that.
How are you feeling? How's your mom? I didn't realize until I read something you wrote that you where in so much pain right after surgery. That's to bad I felt fine except the gas pains.

Wow! Jerusalem hospital was the best. We were treated like family. I NEVER expected to be treated like this. It is true health care is different in Mexico than the US ex. NO HIPPA laws, so you could ask about your room mate and get an answer. It was sooooooooooooooooooooooo much cleaner in the Mexican hospital.
Only negative, I did not expect the amount of pain for the first 36 hours, Yes, I followed the rules, yes I walked and took gasx. But the next day I was fine. Now let's watch the pounds fall!!!
