My fee included everything needed for the surgery. Since I had insurance they tried to charge my insurance company on top of what I had paid out of pocket. My insurance company denied the claim. I still get bills for the anestigialogist I just ignore them. If they can get you to pay again then that is what they want to do. If you do not have insurance then this should not happen to you. I think you will have to pay for your Pshyc evaluation and the before surgery tests. Call their office they will explain everything to you. I was afraid at first but once the ball got rolling it was quick. From the time I contacted their office to my surgery date it was one Month. so it was pretty quick. Good luck and keep me posted.
