You will be fine !!! Keep the faith.....I understand how you feel...mine is next Monday....I am all kinds of emotional....lol. There is a book someone recommended called "Mindful Eating" . They said it really helped them with the emotional attachments to food. I am ordering it! No worries MBenson.....you cannot not lose weight....you may stall but everyone does. Make a conscious decision to focus on the end result of a year out! maybe add a short term goal for the turn of the year If you think stalls will frustrate you and make you want to binge eat...get rid of your scale and weigh in once a month at one of the public scales or at a friends...lol Good luck to you...will keep you in my prayers....God bless Melissa Benson Funny....I know a girl here with the same name.....you guys even look alike except for the hair....weird!!
