Inquiring minds might want to know... I'm still alive!!

Yup, I'm still here and still going strong.. I've lost over 100lbs.. I feel wonderful.. however, I have issues with protien and my hair is getting a little thin to my liking.. I've bought my first pair of jeans that didn't have lycra in them.. my feet are down a whole size.. Ive gone from a 28 to a 16/18 depending on who makes it and can wear an xl t shirt.. I never knew I had collar bones, hip bones or a rib cage cause I never felt them before. But all in all this experience has been life changing..
9 days out and I'm feeling a little crappy...

I am 9 days out.. finally on pureed food which is gross.. thank god for soup.. I'm having trouble with being nauseated all day long and taking some meds for it but they don't work that great... any suggestions on what causes that and is there something I can do do get rid of that feeling in a big fat hurry... I could use some pureed food ideas too please.. Its hard to come up with stuff I only take four bites of...but hey I'm sure happy with four bites... seems the weight in my face is disappearing

hey everyone! I have finally crossed over to the sleevers side. had a few complication after surgery but nothing related to the sleeve. I'll give more details later but for now 5 days post op I feel pretty good. a little tired and sore but I can deal with that! thanks for all the well wishes and support!!!

Welll only three more sleeps and I'm off to the hospital at 5:30 Monday morning.. anything specific I should bring besides a pillow??? I'm a little nervous, little scared.. whole lot of anxious and seriously hungry but other than that.. I'm ready to go.. I have a great support system in my kids and some of my family, not all of them but that's okay.. This is about me and not them and its time for Linda to make some changes..If ya don't like it, keep your opinions to your damn self!! I'm only down

Till surgery day.. I'm not going to say I am not scared or nervous. Quite frankly it scares the crap out of me. I spent two hours yesterday in pre-admission and got all of my consent forms done etc.. and now its just sit and wait. I am really excitied though and hope that my excitement outweighs my fears soon!!!
