Hey Newlife , Don't get frustrated try waiting til the first of the year for your surgery then get frustrated. At least babe you got the hard part over with. It will take a week or two for your body to adabt to you not giving it as much food and it will start burning those calories. Believe me it's going to come off. Don't you worry. You keep your head up ok. You go you did it.

2 weeks post op today 7/30/11 and a little furstrated

by NEWLIFE on 07-30-2011 at 09:24 AM
I'm feeling a little frustrated today. I lost 1 pound the whole second week. I'm eating a full liquid diet (blenderized soups, and pudding mainly). There aren't many other items on my list or in my "recipe" book that I like. I'm not a yogurt fan, cream of wheat/rice, and anything sweet just seems yucky. Any suggestions for the weight loss or other full liquid foods to eat? Thanks!
