At this stage on my journey ~

I started the process in October 2011, and finally had my surgery on March 5, 2012 and since that day I wake up each morning with new hope and excitement for my weight loss journey. Hopefully, I will NEVER return to my old habits of using food for comfort during stressful moments and just eating because it felt good and then afterwards beating up on me for being a failure.
