Hey all just a quick intro to the group I was converted from gastric band to sleeve on 6th august.. feeling great a week down.. 15lbs off since surgery and begun a new walking program this past couple of days, first time in my life i feel self motivated to exercise.. in fact i cannot wait till tomorrow till i can go walking again!!
