Hoping everyone is still doing well. It has been quite a while since my last post. Dec 2022 was my 7yr surgiversary i have been well no negative side affects. It was a great decision for me. My current weight is 155 which was my original goal.. My lowest weight was 145 that didnt look good on me.....too thin. It was a gaunt look happy with my self for the most part healthy
