For those of you who have had the sleeve - what have you noticed, if anything, about how your changing shape and fresh confidence and self belief is perceived in social situations?
I'm a believer of the notion that slimmer people are more socially accepted - now, I know in a perfect world that wouldn't be the case, but I've been thinner and fatter and I'm large but invisible when I'm carrying more weight.
Interested to see if you've noticed anything like, this yourself.

I feel the same way. I have been slim and I have been fat. I definetly notice that the heavier I got, the more invisible I became. Unless they were looking at me in disgust. I noticed that started to happen when I became heavy as well. Weight is the last acceptable form of prejudice, I feel. They can hide their opinions under the guise of it being unhealthy to be overweight.
