Turkey balls!

Ok so let me first say I know I'm only 13 days out and not at the turkey stage yet. But my son also recently had tonsils removed and he's on soft foods!
We are not fans of turkey but these were decent!

1 pound ground turkey
1 egg
Seasoning of your choice I used garlic and Italian seasoning ranch might be tastes too!
About 3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 cup shredded cheese. Any you prefer

Mix well and I used a cookie dough scoop to drop by ball shapes on pan. Baked at 350 until done..... About an hour. Easily able to mash with fork to eat. I had 1/2 of one only because it is still too soon for me to eat meats. But my son had 3 said they were good and fairly easy to swallow. The daughter actually said they weren't too bad....... She's super picky!

I make every kind of beef, chicken, and turkey balls or loaf in a mini loaf pan. There are a ton of recipes on theworldaccordingtoeggface.com as well. yumminess! Made turkey mini meatloaf tonight ...my hubby even ate a lot.
