This thing was UP A SKI HILL~sooo wasn't expecting that portion of it, but I got filthy, had a *great* time and finished another race.

I love how active I have become after this sleeve!!

    Sounds bloody great, well done! I'm thinking of aiming for a 5k charity run on 9 December, but not sure 2 months is long enough. Actually it is, if I'm happy to accept a combination of walking and running if I'm not yet up to 5k running
