financial issues- suggestions

OMG ok it was hard enough to mentally prepare to get the VGS and now I have time off work and coverage and having issues with getting a loan. I filed a bankruptcy couple yrs ago ...bad choices, divorce... but now I want to get this procedure which will in turn probably help me with having more energy and desire to work a second job and I am stuck! Please I do not have any friends who are in a position to help. I mainly have kept to myself because of the weight and low energy. I am a single mom and had some money saved in fact I have about half but still need more. I am so scared now I am ready but no money. I could pay back at $250 a month and then pay rest once I get my income tax.. I guess worse case senario I wait and try to save.
just thought I would share my despair, any ideas would be greatly apprecited.
