    thx but do they always put u to sleep i read somewhere that for the sleeve they only do x-rays

    With my upper GI, they didn't put me to sleep at all. You have to drink the liquids, at different rates and techniques and they take X-rays as the fluid is going down your esophaguas and into your stomach. You also have to roll around so the fluid coates your stomach and they are taking X-rays the whole time. It was really kind of cool, the technician let me see the pictures as she took them.
