6 Week Post-Op Visit - Total Clearance!!!!!

Went to the doctor today for my 6 wk post-op appt., and I have been cleared with no restrictions! Yeehaw! I can start working out with my trainer again as well!

I'm amazed, blessed, & thankful for how easy everything has gone for me. I'm down 30 lbs, and shooting for another 11 by the end of the year which will take me into Onederland!

Wishing all of my fabulous sleeve buddies a very Happy Thanksgiving tomorrow! Focus on enjoying family & friends instead of the food. Plan ahead what you are going to allow yourself to eat and stick to your plan. For the first time in my life, I'm going to have a Thanksgiving without moaning & groaning about why I ate so much! WE CAN DO IT! : )
