So while I was home recovering from surgery, I did a lot of online shopping another issue that I need to work on. So I ordered clothes from Lane Bryant but in a size 14. Before surgery, I was wearing 20. Everything arrived, and just for fun I decided to try on the size 14, skinny jeans...WTH...they fit, I took them off and looked at the size again, another item was a sleeveless jean vest, and I could button it, so excited. I have been at a 2 week stall, still hitting the gym and tracking my food, so I am not worried about the weight loss, I know it will come. And since I have lost weight before, I know that once you incorporate weight training into your workout you start to build muscle and that can make you look much smaller than you are.
