I bought some Gas X but they told me at the hospital that it would help becuase it wasn't that kind of gas pains. I was told that walking was the only thing that would help becuase you need to burp or pass gas. Unfortunately it was the 3rd day before I was able to do either.

Did you use Gas X? How do I deal with the gas pains?

Yeah, they finally went away a couple of days ago. So now I'm just concentrating on walking and getting in my liquids!
