Yes I will eat a McDonald's Big Mac occasional (maybe 1 a week), yea, I like a meat pie.
Weight has gone, and its not coming back, my wife is nearly 4 years out now and she has not put any weight back on and she has never been to the gym, walked or any exorcise at all.
I like to work out because I'm a guy, and guys like to have a bit of mussel, I also do cardio these days because it makes me feel good.
Before the surgery, I could diet, but after a few months it would be all back on again and sometime with a bit more!
