My tum looks a lot like yours. I dont feel inhibited though I plan to look at having some laser tightening done but I wouldnt do the tummy tuck for so little. My wife did it and really did need it but wow so much pain and such a long recovery wearing compression garments then having to use special scar reducing silicone tape. Every shower is a fifteen minute production taking all the tape off and another fifteen minutes putting back on. You really do look great and you shouldnt focus on what you perceive as flaws. I get it that its easy to do, but the reality is that no one is focusing on it as much as you.
