That's fantastic. I too have been in danger of "phone-> pants -> undies" exposure. Usually when walking the dog! Keep it up!

I feel great! Thanks for asking! I was a little sluggish earlier in the week, but seem to be getting my energy back. Had my first NSV in the form of what could have been a very embarrassing moment. I put my phone in the pocket of the pants I was wearing yesterday and the weight of the phone pulled my pants down Thankfully I was at home and not in public! I realized that I could easily take them off without unbuttoning/zipping them. So this morning I tried on a pair that I haven't been able to wear since last summer and they fit perfect- even a bit loose. Woo hoo!

eta: it dawned on me when I re-read this that even being able to put my phone in my pants pocket was an NSV in itself. I don't think I've been able to do that for a LONG time- my pants are always too tight. Woot!
