I was on a liquid diet for 10 days before surgery but besides that i didn't really do anything special. surgery was very easy and I didn't have much pain either. I was treated really well in Mexico and I would do it again in a minute. I am starting week 10 tomorrow and I have lost 45 pounds so far and it honestly has been very easy. if I can answer anymore questions for you please let me know....Tam

thanks for adding me. i`m heading down to mexico feb 15th to dr.pompa. i`m going through a company called Weight Loss Forever that sets up the surgeries, travel and also has support groups and clothing exchanges. The clear fluids for a week kinda freaks me out...lol. did you do anything in the month leading up to the surgery. i.e vitamins, supplements, etc. keep me posted!
