hi cindy, we had surgery on the same day, how are you, well i hope, i'm now down to 220 llbs from 350+ still can't believe it, i have had no probs at all, i eat any thing, very few carbs though, i'm doing 10 km on the treadmill, looooove my sleeve, tell me about yourself, best wishes. paul

Hi Paul. I also am going to have sleeve surgery on the 20th. I will think of you. Good luck. I start my pre surgery diet tomorrow. A bit anxious, but know it will be good in the long run.
