Hi Kelli, I see Dr. Shillingford did your surgery. I'm going to meet him on Wednesday for my pre-op appt. I too live out of the area and I have concerns about having my doctor 3 hours away. My insurance doesn't cover the surgery and I am a self pay. The price caught my eye, however, I've done a lot of research to make sure he is reputable. Any information you can pass along would be great. My surgery is scheduled for 9-16 and I keep worrying that this is the right choice for me.
