How are you doing with WLS?

Glad to hear buddy. Im back at work too, just being careful not to lift anything. I feel good, but not able to eat much, mostly soups. My weightloss has plateau'd the last few days, so im trying to get my walking in.

Doing well. After about 4 or 5 hours get a little tired but other than that good. Find the Muti vitamins you want to take. You will need them. I'm back to work. People are already noticing the weight loss. Over all pretty good. I am so glad I had this surgery.
