18 days post op- swelling??

Hey guys! I've been doing great, 23lbs down so far. I started to hit the gym last week, (just walking on the treadmill, some light eliplical work) and today i woke up with sore abs. When I went to take a shower, I noticed that I'm swollen just below my ribs on my right side. Have I just been over-doing things, or should I be worried?

i think you must gocheck with your doctor, and try to slow down with the GYM i think treadmill only is enough good luck

I'd stick with the treadmill, skip the eliplical for now -- it works your abs. Remember you are still healing!
