    It seems like forever since I left this Island and made my way to Mexico to have my surgery.

    Such a whirlwind of activity admist the hard work to get here.

    The only reminder of the surgery is the scars that are almost completely healed and of course the fact that my stomach is much smaller than it once was.

    Time is ticking and it is in hours and minutes...
    The months and days have flown by and soon I will be starting my journey off this rock to begin a journey of another kind.
    A journey just for me. All about me.
    I think the KISS theory is in order right now. Keep it simple sexy . Yes positive self talk is the new me. Put it out there how you want to be and you shall make it happen!
    Just commit and Decide what it is you want.
