I have a pre-op class tomorrow also. It is practically all day. Based on the agenda, we will talk about respiratory, medical overview, psychological success, nutrition, and exercise. Looking forward to all the information the medical team has to offer.

I had 2 different classes beforehand about eating. One was a one-on-one sit down with a nutritionist, discussing what food has the most protein, and how you should always eat that first, etc.
The 2nd class was a group class talking about how much you will eat after surgery, some suggestions of good/bad things to eat and even a fake "grocery grab" where we would pick items that were "good". Just because some items appear as healthy, they aren't necessarily healthy for a sleeve patient (too many carbs, too much sugar, etc). It was interesting!!
