After 2 yrs of living too far away from the pool to get in and move around I'm swimming 3 days a week. Some days it's just gentle movement, some I can actually swim a lap or two, depends on my CFIDS and myofascial pain. Since March 20th, the spring solstice, I've been concentrating on a year of getting healthier. Lots and lots of journaling to see what works and doesn't food wise, emotionally and physically. If I lose some weight, terrific, I'll take it...but if my body has decided that 1200 ...
