    I am on my liquid diet now..all is going good and I am staying very busy at work and at home. I am really getting excited and I can't wait to watch the weight just melt off.
    I truly love the insperation that everyone shares on the blog page, it has helped me so much. I started a weight chart this morning. I am not one to weigh everyday...once a week is good for me. I am 5'8" and weigh 322 lbs., OMG, I can't believe that I just typed that for all to see, but I won't be that for long. ...
