    Going to the require seminar tommorrow!

    Well I am really excited to get my weightloss surgery process started. I was told that I have to attend the seminar first before I can see the doctor. I hope the proccess does not take to long because I am ready to get my surgery. I have truly enjoyed reading the post from other memebers. Some of the things have me very concerned but, I know that the good outways the bad. I will keep you posted as I go to the seminar and get my first doctors appointment.

    Having a winning attitude!

    As we embark on the challenges we face as we prepare for surgery or things that come up after sugery it will be very important to have a winning attitude. Just remember that you did not come this far to lose the race. You came to win. Yes it may be hard but, you must push with all that you have in you to win.
