    I started out as a healthy normal sized child. In high school and even college I maintained a healthy weight without effort. After the birth of each of my three children I kept the weight that I gained with the pregnancy and then continued to add a few pounds each year. I yoyo diet for years. In and out of weight watchers countless times, weigh down workshop, atkins diet, 1000 cal a day diet, and the list goes on.
