    skinny is a misguiding word, what is skinny? to me skinny means i don't have horrible knee pain, i don't have horrible shrieking headaches from my high blood pressure. i can run for longer than 3 mins at a time without having my heart jump out of my throat....skinny is having he strength to say "no thank you im full". my whole life that words was always unreachable, and was never part of my vocabulary. the superficial media feeds us the perfect human body day in and day out, but whose ...
