  1. 4 weeks pre-op diet-

    First day was bad, hungry and headache
    Second day, not bad at all-started vitamins/recommended supplements
    Third day, made it.
    On day 4 now- feeling fine, actually feel better all the way around- slept well?? Amazing...this is shift 4/9 for me-making sure I prep my meals, seems to be the key- eat small freq to not be hungry- whatever, it's working...👍🏻
