    yesterday was 4 weeks ..Down 21 lbs and feeling really good , except for the hernia ... Which the Dr will address at my next visit . Really do not look forward to another surgery
    had to go buy a new pair of pants last week The old ones were being held up with fasteners at the waist and were so big ...Going to save those for my after picture the new ones are already getting too loose, I hate spending $ for something I am not gong to be able to wear for a long time .
