    Default 2 Month Update

Well on January 2nd (Day of surgery) I was 298, weighed in today at 246.2. So far so good. Work out everyday, eat extremely healthy, vitamins daily(multi vitamin, fish oil, b12), 2-3 serving of amino acids, about 75g of protein(isopure natural vanilla) and decent amount of water. One big thing I noticed is I can eat more than say a month ago. At first I was a little nervous thinking I stretched it but then I realized I'm healing and I will eat a bit more( 4oz of chicken, 3-4oz of sweet potato, about and ounce of kale....typical meal size) fills me up. Feeling amazing can't wait to hit my goal weight.

That's great! I had surgery just a few days before you, on 12/30, I started at 255 and I'm now 208. Isn't it great?!
I got a little worried too thinking I could eat too much, but then it's like "2-3oz is too much??" I can only get 2oz at the most of chicken at dinner and I'm done. I don't even get to the veggies. Last night I made a stir fry with noodles and I ate almost 3oz so I guess it depends on what we are eating.
congrats! I'm so excited to see where I am by Christmas, I'm sure you are too :-)

Awesome Teri, what a job well done your doing! Is it normal for me being only a week out and seeing and smelling the foods my wife has been making although they are excellent healthy choices due to the fact about two weeks ago she started wieghtwatchers cause she wants to drop weight too. She is doing weight watchers cause she has a moderate bmi and did not qualify for the surgery cause she has zero health complications and not on a single medication whatsoever so she was denied by the insurance company but she did nt get upset she just said what the hell for now might as well just diet. I am thinking I am starving every time I see or smell the food and I want to eat real food so bad because the shakes are boring.
