You look like a totally different person, you look energized! Good going, keep it up!
It is a little tough at first and still hard to get enough protein in but so worth it. As time goes on you can get more food/liquid in. Just follow the stages like the Dr. suggest. The first few days were the worst but not so bad I wouldn't do it again in a heartbeat! My portions are still very small but try to make good choices so what I do eat counts toward my protein. I never feel hungry so that is sooooo awesome to me. I just eat because I know I have to so I don't get sick/dehydrated. Look around on this site. There is alot of good advice. I read these forums all the time before my surgery because I was so scared but so glad I didn't chicken out! LOL Best of luck to you, you will be so glad you did it when the lbs start melting off!!
Oooohweeeee baby! You look terrific! Halfway?? What will be left?? You really look great!
