I think I'm going to look into some biotin supplements, as well. How much can one take until it's not beneficial? I know splitting it throughout the day will allow your body to absorb more. I see it's water soluable, so any extra will just be let out of your body (which answers my question about it being possible to take TOO much). I was going to ask if it was recommended to start taking biotin before surgery... but I guess anything to do with after surgery is beneficial to start prior. So much for this post, I guess I answered my own questions. haha!

Regarding the concern of the look, um I don't know many chicks that stop, examine, determine if it's cute enough, and then decide to play.... Personally, I think they are always a little funny looking...

You can have surgery to tighten up the skin in that area if it bothers you too much. The surgery works

I dont know about everybody else but having surgery once was enough for me , I dont want to have anymore surgeries.
