I've been sick for a week, and at a stall... and I figured my not dropping any weight was due to my body being busy fighting this virus. Turns out the Hall's breezers throat drops I've been sucking on constantly for about a week cannot be helping... they are 3.5 carbs a drop! I figure I've been getting over 40 extra carbs a day just having one an hour for 12 hrs. I feel like an idiot.
Since I can't do sugar free, I guess I'm going to be drinking a lot of my old standby, peppermint tea.
Gotta watch those sneaky carbs every minute!
