We did this in December and a few others and I really enjoyed it so I am setting it up again for January. Open to anyone and everyone sleeved or not.
Here is how it works.
Post your goals for January. This can be any changes you want to make. Work out more(set days a week maybe) drink more water, eat more protein, and a final goal for weight loss for month. Be sure to post your starting weight as well so we can all see your progress. Check back in with us as often as you can so we can see your progress and offer support. Check back in with your final report on Jan 31st.
