Start weight 187lbs
1. Get enough water (was doing good but the last week has been really hard, think because I added more protein)
2. Keep getting the protein I need
3. Try to workout more, longer
4. Try to be happier (think this should be #1 maybe)
End weight for Jan - 175lbs
AS OF TODAY...
I didnt think I would meant my goal of 175 since I was 178 yesterday but I am 175 this morning!!!! YAY me! I am also happier since starting the antidepression meds. Getting my water/fuilds in and my protein. Still need to workout more but I have been working out! Now to set my FEB goals!!!
