Starting Weight 215
1. Drink 32 oz before 2pm ---Was able to accomplish this on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Sunday
2. Drink another 32oz before bedtime ----
3. Go to Curves min. 3x each week ----Went Monday, Wednesday, Friday
4. Stop eating at my desk at work----Did well 4 of the 5 days--- when I did eat at my desk, I stopped working, ate, then back to work...
5. Make meal time - meal time. Not just a grab and go. Focus on the food being eaten, slow down, and enjoy. ------ still trying
6. Go to bed by 11pm (I stay up WAY to late at night and then pay for it the next day)---Failed at this. I went to bed at 10 last night and had the worst sleep of the week
