Wow, very interesting article. Gives much to think about and consider when trying to lose weight. I'm not the failure I tell myself when I lose weight just to regain it again. Thanks for sharing!

Very well-written, informative article. It helps explain the struggles we face in trying to lose, and then trying to maintain. I swear, I can gain weight by simply looking at food. A family member has exclaimed to me, "I don't know anyone who can gain 30 lbs. or lose 30 lbs. faster than you!" The losing part is fun for me once I get on a roll, it's the maintaining that always beats me.
