I admit, I am a scale watcher. I got all of my water weight from the hospital off, and am down 28 pounds since the start of my pre-op diet. I don't get it, because I'm not hungry. I drink most of my "meals", and might have some sort of soup for one meal.
I guess I don't understand how I'm supposed to continue to lose weight if I eat a consistent amount, especially when that amount increases when I can go to soft and then normal foods. I don't want to just lose 50 pounds, I need more than that. How does it work?
In two days my scale hasn't moved, regardless of what I've eaten.
