As some of you may know, I am a swim instructor and teach kids 6 months to 6 years drown prevention. I haven't taught since before surgery. Bad bad me, but the season is very slow. I've just signed up my first bunch of kids to start mid January. For me that means 2+ hrs a day, 4-5 days a week in the pool.

Yay me getting to exercise in the pool again. If you're wondering why I don't go to the pool now is because the gym where I teach is a 45 min commute each way in the opposite direction of where my other business' clients are and in my city there isn't a pool over 82 degrees. I teach in 86/87 degrees

Hope it goes well for you...walking is all I've been able to do so far; and to be honest haven't done a lot of that lately..gets dark too fast and I do not have a well lit area to do it.
